Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of FLORE FLORE ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries by FLORE FLORE via www.flore-flore.com.
1.2 By submitting an order via www.flore-flore.com, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 We kindly ask the customer to read through the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.

2. Agreement and Orders

2.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop, this is considered an offer to enter into a purchase agreement.

2.2 Once the order is processed the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the order.

2.3 After placing an order, it is not possible to cancel or adjust the order.

2.4 Prices are subject to change. Agreed prices at the time of purchase are binding unless a pricing error has occurred. In case of pricing errors FLORE FLORE reserves the right to correct the pricing at any time.

2.5 If FLORE FLORE is unable to deliver the order, FLORE FLORE will contact the customer and customer will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of the order. Once the order is cancelled, customer will receive a full refund.

2.6 FLORE FLORE reserves the right to cancel an order at all times.

3. Payment and payment methods

3.1 FLORE FLORE accepts the following payment methods:

• IDEAL
• Creditcard: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Apple Pay

3.2 All product prices shown on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs and any incurring customs and duties fees.
3.3 Payment is required at the time of placing the order.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 FLORE FLORE ships from the Netherlands using DPD, DHL Parcel or DHL Express.

4.2 Shipping costs may vary per country and will be visible upon check out after entering the delivery address.

4.3 All orders are typically dispatched out within 24 – 48 hours after placing the order. During busy periods the processing time may be longer than aforementioned. 

4.4 FLORE FLORE is not liable for damage or loss of packages during transport. The customer is advised to contact the carrier for claims.

 

5. Duties and taxes to non-EU countries

5.1 For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, custom fees and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.

5.2 FLORE FLORE is unable to advise on the amount of duties and taxes. The shipping company will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. If the customer chooses not to pay the import taxes, FLORE FLORE reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 FLORE FLORE accepts returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. To request a return, please see our return policy on our website.

6.2 The customer is responsible for sending back the parcel and covering return shipping costs and all other expenses. For all orders from outside the EU, any import taxes and duties that may occur are for customer’s own expense.

6.3 FLORE FLORE will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) as long as they comply with the return standards.

6.4 The items should be returned new, unused, in the original polybag and with all FLORE FLORE tags. Returns that have been worn, are stained, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer on their expense.

6.5 From the moment the return has been delivered to FLORE FLORE, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.  

 

7. Copyright

7.1 All images, designs and materials displayed by FLORE FLORE are copyrighted and cannot be shared, reproduced or publicly used without written permission from FLORE FLORE.

 

8. Disputes

8.1 All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes can be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
