Shipping & Returns

  • FLORE FLORE ships to most countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery may vary per country.

    Shipping times are approximate and may take longer during busy periods. We aim to fulfil all orders within 24-48 hours.

    All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

    Netherlands: 1-3 working days
    EU: 2-7 working days
    Rest of the World: 4-10 working days

    For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.

    Please note that FLORE FLORE is unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. Please note that if customers choose not to pay the import taxes, FLORE FLORE reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.

    The Netherlands
    For all orders within The Netherlands we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €5 and free shipping on all orders above €250.

    U.S. & Canada
    For all orders within the U.S. and Canada we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 and free shipping on all orders above $350. 

    Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg
    For all orders within Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €10 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

    France, Denmark, Austria & Poland
    For all orders within France, Denmark, Austria and Poland we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €15 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

    Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Finland & Sweden
    For all orders within Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Finland and Sweden we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €20 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

    Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovania, Slovakia, Czech Republic & Croatia
    For all orders within Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovania, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Croatia we offer we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €30 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

    UK & Norway
    For all orders within the UK and Norway we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €35 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

    Australia & New Zealand
    For all orders within Australia and New Zealand we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $45 (AUD) and free shipping on all orders above $500 (AUD).

    Asia & Middle East
    For all orders within China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, India and Emirates we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €35 and free shipping on all orders above €350.

    Rest of World
    For orders to all other countries, please find the shipping fee calculated upon check out.

    If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please drop us an email at customer service assistance@flore-flore.com and we will try our best to find a solution for you to get your items.

    Please note for shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes.

    We send all of our products as packages, which makes it possible to track them in case of problems. We kindly ask you to verify the content of the package upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to your delivery courier immediately and take a photo of the package upon delivery.

    FLORE FLORE is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.

    Please notice that it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order once placed.

    Instead you are more than welcome to return it once received.

  • FLORE FLORE accepts returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

    The customer is responsible for sending back the parcel and covering shipping costs and all other expenses. Please note for all orders from outside the European Union, any import taxes and duties that may occur are for customer’s own expense.

    FLORE FLORE will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) as long as they comply with the return standards below.

    The item(s) should be returned new, unused, in the original polybag and with all FLORE FLORE tags.

    Returns that have been worn, stained, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back to your expense.

    You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item(s) as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.

    For all orders within the EU: To request a return, please register your return here and follow the steps in our return process.

    If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, we offer free shipping on your new order within the EU. Please email us at assistance@flore-flore.com to receive your free shipping code, which you can then use when placing a new order. We kindly ask you to return the wrong size or style by following the return process above.

    For all orders outside of the EU: To request a return, please register your return here. Upon receiving your return request, our customer care team will reach out to you via email to share a return label,  return instructions and the return costs, which will be deducted from your refund. Please kindly note that the return shipment fees to our warehouse in The Netherlands are for your own costs. The costs are the actual costs of a return shipment, and vary depending on where you are returning from and the weight of the parcel. Our customer care team will calculate and disclose the actual costs of shipment when sharing the return label, and these costs will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to receive the return costs for your order prior to ordering your FLORE FLORE items, please reach out to assistance@flore-flore.com.

    Please make sure to clearly state “RETURN” on the box when returning items, and stick the return label over the original shipment label. 

    As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check.

    Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.

    Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
