FLORE FLORE is produced in Portugal, by a family-owned factory run by a mother-daughter duo. All creations are made of organic cotton and all paper packaging is FSC® certified. As a brand, FLORE FLORE values the kinship between material durability, fabrication integrity, and longevity of style.

The Role
FLORE FLORE is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production & Development Coordinator to support the development and production of our collections. This role is detail-oriented, hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working across materials, suppliers, samples, and finished product.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the full product development and production process from concept to final production.
· Create tech packs and ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
· Coordinate sample development throughout the development and production cycle, including tracking prototypes, organizing fittings, and documenting feedback.
· Research and source fabrics, trims, and new techniques; oversee lab dips for accurate color and material quality.
· Contact suppliers regarding lead times, quality standards, prices, and needed adjustments.
· Maintain production timelines and coordinate closely with suppliers, factories, and internal teams.
· Support production preparation and conduct quality checks to ensure consistency and craftsmanship.
· Monitor budgets and timelines to keep development and production efficient and cost-effective.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factories and help resolve production issues.
· Organise the collection overview and maintain an updated, structured system for samples and materials.
· Coordinate shipments and logistics to ensure samples and materials arrive on time.
· Develop packaging and other POS materials to support product presentation.
Your profile
We are looking for an ambitious and pro-active team player who satisfies the following requirements:
· 1–3 years of experience in production, fashion development, or a related role.
· You have sensibility towards the Fashion and Luxury sector
· Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and product development processes.
· Excellent communication skills and comfort working with suppliers and manufacturers.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
· A proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
· Highly organized and driven with meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills in English – written and oral
· Ability to work independently and across a team
· Bachelor degree in Fashion
· You are skilled with all the relevant tools for the job (e.g. Illustrator, Indesign, Excel)
· Eligible to work in the Netherlands
