    How much does shipping cost?
    FLORE FLORE ships to most countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery may vary per country. You can find the shipping cost on our Shipping and Returns page here. If your country is not listed, please find the shipping cost at checkout.

    How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times are approximate and may take longer during busy periods.

    Netherlands: 1-3 working days
    EU: 2-7 working days
    Rest of the World: 4-10 working days

    When will my order ship?
    We aim to fulfil all orders within 24-48 hours. In busy periods it may take a little longer to process your order.

    How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If you have any issues please email at assistance@flore-flore.com

    How is my order packaged?
    All garments are carefully packed in our FLORE FLORE gift boxes.

    What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
    If you receive a damaged package please report this immediately to your delivery courier and take a photo of the package. Please note that FLORE FLORE is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimising possible damage.

    Who is responsible for import duties?
    Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. For further details, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

    Who is responsible for import duties, customs and local taxes?
    Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included at checkout. These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon the order's arrival in the destination country. Payment is required to release your order from customs.

    How much will the import duties and customs cost?
    We are unable to provide an exact estimate of these fees. Once your order arrives at customs, the shipping company will reach out to inform you of any additional costs. If you decide not to pay the required import taxes, FLORE FLORE reserves the right to charge you for any costs we incur as a result. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import taxes and duties before placing your order.

  • Can I return my order?
    Yes. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.

    What is the return policy?
    FLORE FLORE will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) as long as they comply with the return standards in our Return Policy. Please read these carefully before returning your item(s). The customer is responsible for sending back the parcel and covering shipping costs and all other expenses. Please note for all orders from outside the European Union, any import taxes and duties that may occur are for customer’s own expense.

    How do I return my order from within the EU?
    To return your order within the EU, please register your return here. Use the order number found on your packing slip found in the box, starting with O2025-xxxxxx. Follow the provided steps to purchase a shipping label for returning your item(s).

    Can I exchange my purchase within the EU?
    We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we kindly ask you to return your item through the EU return process. If you'd like to order a different size or style, we provide free shipping for your new order within the EU. To receive your free shipping code, please email us at assistance@flore-flore.com.

    How do I return my order if I live in a non-EU country?
    For all orders outside the EU, please register your return here. Use the order number found on your packing slip found in the box, starting with O2025-xxxxx. Upon receiving your return request, our customer care team will reach out to you via email to share a return label and return instructions and share the return costs with you, which will be deducted from your refund. 

    Can I exchange my purchase if I live outside the EU?
    We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or style, you will need to return your original order and place a new one.

    What is the return process?
    As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check. Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to purchase the item(s). The shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.

    How long will it take for my refund to appear in my account?
    It may take up to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    Who is responsible for the returns?
    The customer is responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse. FLORE FLORE does not cover lost returns.

    Does FLORE FLORE offer free returns?
    FLORE FLORE does not offer free returns. All orders are being shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands, and can be returned to our warehouse in The Netherlands. For returns within the EU the return costs are visible when purchasing a label. For returns outside of the EU, our customer care team will always disclose the return costs upon sharing the return label via email. The costs of the return shipment are the actual costs of the return shipment, and will be deducted from your refund. These costs vary based on where you are returning from and the weight of your parcel. If you would like to receive the return costs for your order prior to ordering, please reach out to assistance@flore-flore.com.

  • How long does it take to process orders?
    We aim to process all orders within 48 hours.

    Is it possible to cancel an order after it was placed?
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once placed. You are more than welcome to return the items after you have received them.

    Is it possible to change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
    To request a change to your delivery address, please send us an email at assistance@flore-flore.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, if your order has already been packed we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.

    What are the available payment methods?
    Payments can be made with IDEAL, a debit or a credit card.

    Can I purchase a gift card?
    Yes, you can purchase a gift card here.

    I subscribed to FLORE FLORE, but never received my welcome discount code, what should I do?
    We’re sorry to hear you did not receive your welcome discount code. We kindly request that you first check your spam inbox. If you are still unable to find it, please send us an email at assistance@flore-flore.com.

    I placed an order and never received a confirmation email, what should I do?
    Please email us at assistance@flore-flore.com and we will check if your order was successfully placed.

  • How do I wash my FLORE FLORE piece?

    Will my FLORE FLORE piece shrink?
    FLORE FLORE garments are crafted from 100% organic cotton, which may result in minimal shrinkage of up to 1cm after the first wash.

    How to best maintain my FLORE FLORE piece?
    To best maintain your FLORE FLORE garment, we recommend avoiding chemical detergents, aluminum deodorants and chlorine bleaches. These may alter the colour of our natural dyes.

  • How do I pick the right size?
    All FLORE FLORE pieces are designed to be fitted. If you are in between sizes we recommend sizing up. In case you are still unsure, you can kindly check the product measurements on each product page.
