Shipping costs and delivery may very per country.

Duties and taxes to non-EU countries
For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.
Please note that FLORE FLORE is unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company (DPD/FEDEX) will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. Please note that if customers don’t choose to pay the import taxes, FLORE FLORE reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.
We send all of our products as packages, which makes it possible to track them in case of problems. During shipments the package is insured and we kindlyask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to your delivery courier immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the merchandise to us.
FLORE FLORE is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.
Please notice that it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order once placed.
Instead you are more than welcome to return it once received.
Returns and Refunds
FLORE FLORE accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
FLORE FLORE will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other expenses.
The item(s) should be returned new, unused and with all FLORE FLORE tags.
Returns that have been worn, stained, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back to your expense.
You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort
deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item(s) as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
All customers are asked to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform FLORE FLORE of their request to send a return. We will send you a return form which needs to be included in your return shipment.
As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited tot the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification one the refund has been initiated.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop and then return the wrong size or style to the address below.
The second shipping charges will not be applicable, and will therefore not be captured from your creditcard.

In the case of adjustments and removal from the newsletter: at the bottom of all newsletters receivers will find the possibility to adjust their personal data or to delete.
