All cotton classics are characterized by the renowned clean and minimalistic design, enhancing the authentic character of the woman who wears them. 
FLORE FLORE is produced in Portugal, by a family-owned factory run by a mother-daughter duo. All creations are made of organic cotton and all paper packaging is FSC® certified. As a brand, FLORE FLORE values the kinship between material durability, fabrication integrity, and longevity of style.

The role:

FLORE FLORE is looking for a Marketing ECommerce Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to optimize the overall customer experience, drive online sales and enhance brand awareness. As a Marketing Ecommerce Manager, you will collaborate with a small dynamic team, analyze market trends, and utilize various digital channels to maximize the perfomance of our ecommerce platform. 

  • Driving and implementing the overall marketing strategy for FLORE FLORE
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIS) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM and more
  • Campaign shoots and lookbook shoots planning and coördination
  • Working together closely on brand communications with our Creative Director
  • Managing our e-commerce platform. From ensuring product pages are optimized to analyzing e-commerce metrics, sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Social media strategy and implementation
  • Responsible for content creation (media, newsletters, blog posts, etc.) 
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives 

Your profile:

  • You have proven experience in marketing, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in the sector
  • You have sensibility towards the Fashion and Luxury sector
  • Ability to identify and track relevant metrics – core understanding of website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Highly organized and driven with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English – written and oral
  • Knowledge of marketing channels
  • You enjoy combining commerce with meaning 
  • Ability to work independently and across a team
  • You have a can-do attitude and enjoy putting together strategic thinking and implementation 
  • You take responsibility and full ownership
  • Bachelor degree in Fashion, Marketing or relevant field
  • You are skilled with all the relevant tools for the job (e.g. Photoshop, Indesign, email marketing programs, XLS, etc
